Niantic River Residence | Landscape Architecture Photography - Niantic, CT

This homeowner project captures a full landscape transformation built around the property's natural ledge rock outcroppings, with sweeping water views over the Niantic River. The shoot documents the finished landscape design and garden plantings, custom masonry work, new fencing, and the newly built guest house and garage, all designed to work with the existing rock formations rather than against them. Photography covers both the hardscape and softscape elements alongside the architecture of the new structures, showing how the entire property was reshaped around its waterfront setting in Niantic, CT.
