The Beam | Aerial Apartment Photography & Video - New London, CT

The Beam, a residential apartment building developed by RJ Development + Advisors in New London, CT, photographed aerially to showcase the views and the building's proximity to downtown New London, the Thames River, recreation, as well as its closeness to General Dynamics Electric Boat, a major employer in the area. Aerial photography like this is built to sell the location and lifestyle as much as the building itself, useful for a developer's marketing and leasing.
