Architectural Photography - New London, CT
I photograph finished buildings and interiors for architects, interior designers, builders and developers across southeastern Connecticut and the wider Northeast. From concept to completion, I capture the details, light and craftsmanship that make a finished project worth showing.
Who I work with
Most of my clients are the people who designed or built the space: architecture firms refreshing their portfolios, builders documenting their craftsmanship, and developers who need images for leasing and marketing. Recent work includes a guest house in Madison designed by Peggy Sullivan of Seabird Architects, the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center in New Haven designed by FCA Architects, and Cadence on Canal, a multifamily building in New Haven developed by RJ Development + Advisors.
What a shoot includes
I plan every shoot around the building: which elevations get the best light, what time of day, and which spaces tell the story. I photograph interiors and exteriors, and I add twilight exteriors or aerial coverage when a project calls for it. Every image I deliver is edited by hand, from color correction to removing distractions like power lines, so it's ready for your website, proposals, award submissions and print. You can see that process on my Post-Production page.
A full-day shoot yields 15 to 30 finished images and I deliver the edited set within 2 to 3 weeks.
Where I work

Common Questions
What does architectural photography cost?
Most projects fall between $2,500 and $5,500, depending on scope, licensing and whether the cost is shared.
Can the architect, builder and owner split the cost?
Yes. Cost-sharing is common, and I spell out each party's usage rights in writing.
Do you offer video too?
Yes. I film architectural video on a separate day from the photo shoot, so neither one gets rushed and each gets the right light.
